As well as running Scentscapology, I also founded and run Cambridge Vintage Bridal - sustainable, high-end, vintage bridal wear.
My mission over the last 4 years has been to get vintage wedding dresses back into the retain chain, as I don't believe that a wedding dress should be a single wear item that costs the earth.
Rather than styling vintage as 'heritage', Cambridge Vintage Bridal does the opposite. I like it to look like the future instead and appeal to the modern bride. That is our point of difference.
My sustainable ethos also drives Scentscapology - I use fully recyclable jars and lids, natural soy wax, cotton wicks, paraben free, cruelty free and vegan friendly oils and try to keep packaging to a minimum.
So, it should come as no surprise that I have found a way to bring the two businesses together - today, I am launching personalised wedding favour candles for eco-minded couples.
